• Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Oversee cash handling and related point-of-sale processes
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
• Support and complete structured leadership training with clear performance expectations
• Provide frequent feedback and continuously improve team performance
