Job Title : Technical Program Manager – Enterprise SDK Integration Location: Redmond, WA – Onsite Work Authorization: GC/USC only Interview Process: 2 rounds – Accenture interview followed by Amazon interview Identity Verification: IDV check required; candidates must be prepared to complete the process.

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager II – Enterprise SDK Integration to own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for enterprise SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and integration capabilities. These solutions enable customers and partners to programmatically manage complex connectivity and enterprise activation workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, SDK architecture, API-first platform design, enterprise integration, customer activation, and cross-functional technical delivery.

The ideal candidate will define developer experience strategies, prioritize API capabilities, collaborate with engineering and architecture teams, and align stakeholders across product, engineering, commerce, security, customer success, and executive leadership.

Candidates should have experience managing technical products within SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, networking, telecommunications, cloud, or enterprise SaaS environments. The role requires strong strategic thinking, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while delivering scalable, customer-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and enterprise integration solutions. Own SDK product strategy and API surface-area definition, determining which enterprise workflows should be exposed programmatically.

Prioritize capabilities based on customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, market demand, customer feedback, and platform readiness. Define developer experience strategies that improve self-service, reduce implementation friction, and accelerate enterprise customer activation.

Establish and monitor success metrics across adoption, activation, utilization, retention, onboarding success, and product usage growth. 2. SDK Development and Developer Experience Manage the full lifecycle of SDK products across multiple programming languages, platforms, enterprise personas, and deployment models.

Partner with engineering teams on SDK architecture, versioning strategies, release management, backward compatibility, and API-first product experiences. Improve developer productivity through tooling, documentation, sample applications, reference implementations, implementation guides, and technical playbooks.

Promote developer experience best practices, including clear documentation, predictable API behavior, scalable integration patterns, and enterprise-grade reliability. Deliver SDK capabilities supporting programmatic network management, activation workflows, lifecycle management, and bulk operations across multi-region and multi-site enterprise deployments. 3.

Enterprise Integration and Platform Enablement Define integration frameworks supporting enterprise customers, partners, internal platform teams, and third-party connectivity models. Lead initiatives involving REST APIs, GraphQL services, event-driven architectures, authentication and identity management, cloud-native integrations, and third-party platform connectivity.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Architecture teams to establish scalable, secure, enterprise-ready integration patterns. Drive API documentation, developer guides, infrastructure-as-code integration, and bulk API capabilities for enterprise network administrators operating across multiple regions and environments.

Partner with commerce, catalog, entitlement, and billing teams to ensure SDK and API capabilities accurately reflect product offerings, service contracts, purchase flows, fulfillment channels, and downstream billing or orchestration requirements. 4. Customer Activation and Adoption Develop activation strategies that accelerate customer time-to-value and reduce reliance on manual support.

Define onboarding journeys, implementation guides, technical playbooks, adoption frameworks, and customer enablement materials. Monitor activation metrics and identify friction points in customer implementation workflows. Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, and Engineering to improve product adoption, implementation quality, and customer outcomes.

Incorporate customer and partner feedback to improve SDK usability, documentation clarity, integration reliability, and enterprise deployment success. 5. Cross-Functional Leadership and Program Delivery Serve as the primary liaison across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Security, Compliance, Commerce, and Operations.

Align stakeholders on product priorities and communicate roadmap progress, delivery status, and key decisions. Lead technical requirements gathering, feature prioritization, user story creation, release planning, and executive-level reporting. Coordinate dependencies across multiple engineering and platform teams, track milestones against launch timelines, identify risks, escalate blockers, and drive resolution.

Own SDK readiness communications for business reviews, leadership updates, roadmap reviews, and launch readiness discussions. Prepare high-quality written deliverables, including six-page narratives, business cases, product requirements, technical design summaries, release plans, and executive status updates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technical environment. Experience managing SDK products, APIs, integration platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software products.

Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, API design, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience working with engineering teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated experience driving roadmap alignment, technical requirements, release planning, and cross-functional execution across distributed teams. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop product narratives, requirements documents, technical summaries, and executive-ready updates.

Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, API ecosystems, or marketplace ecosystems. Knowledge of API gateway technologies. Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products at scale.

Familiarity with partner enablement and platform growth strategies. Experience delivering developer tools within networking, telecommunications, connectivity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise integration environments. Experience with B2B software integration patterns, including bulk operations, batch processing, multi-region deployments, and multi-site enterprise implementations.
