3PL Site Operations Manager

RFMX is hiring the leader of our 260,000+ SF third-party logistics campus: the people, the building, the equipment and the results. The site handles multi-client warehousing, a private Union Pacific rail spur, standard freight and over-dimensional cargo.

This is not a shift supervisor role. We want someone who has already run a facility, built a team, and can show measurable improvements they led. If that’s you, you’ll have real authority and a direct line to executive leadership.

Minimum requirements

Please apply only if you meet all of these:

• 5+ years as the top manager of a warehouse or distribution site of 150,000+ SF
• Directly led 15+ employees, including supervisors or leads who reported to you
• Owned an operating budget, labor plan or P&L
• 3PL or multi-client warehouse experience
• Ran facility maintenance and an equipment fleet (forklifts, dock equipment), including preventive maintenance
• Can show measurable results you led: cost, accuracy, safety, downtime and productivity
• Strong WMS and Excel skills

Preferred: rail spur, container, or over-dimensional freight experience · Lean, Six Sigma or 5S · OSHA 30 · bilingual English/Spanish · degree in supply chain, logistics or business

What success looks like in your first year

Leadership: You have a strong lead on every shift and a named successor for every role. Your team is top talent and people know where they stand.

Employee accountability

Every role has clear, measurable expectations. Your team completes its work every day, treats customer property with care, and follows company procedures as written. When expectations aren’t met, corrective action is fair, consistent and documented with HR.

Process improvement

You’ve set baselines for dock-to-stock time, order accuracy, labor cost per unit and on-time shipments. Key processes have written SOPs, and the WMS works for us, not against us.

Building management

The 260,000+ SF campus is clean, organized and ready for any customer audit. Layout and racking fit current customers, and facility vendors are held to the highest standards.

Equipment management

A preventive maintenance program covers every forklift, hostler, and piece of equipment. Downtime and repair costs are tracked and falling. You have a multi-year replacement plan for the fleet.

Safety and customers

Zero-accident safety culture and rail safety compliance. Customers see you as their go-to operations contact, and rail, over-dimensional and transportation loads run on schedule.

What we offer

• $80,000–$100,000 Salary

Schedule and conditions: On-site, Monday–Friday days, with on-call and occasional weekend coverage. Regular time on the floor, dock and yard, with heat, cold and noise exposure; lifting up to 50 lbs.
