Operations Manager – Machete Tequila + Tacos

Locations: Denver, CO (Union Station / Cherry Creek / Red Rocks)

Machete Tequila + Tacos is a high-energy, full-service restaurant group known for handmade tortillas, bold flavors, powerful margaritas, and unforgettable guest experiences. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Denver locations and our seasonal stall at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support General Managers and their teams across all locations.
• Ensure operational excellence in service, hospitality, and execution.
• Drive consistency in systems, processes, and standards across the company.
• Oversee financial performance including labor, COGS, and P&L management.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and seasonal activations (including Red Rocks).
• Hire, train, coach, and develop management teams and staff.
• Partner with ownership to set and execute strategic goals for growth and improvement.
• Social Media
