Overview

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security across the organization. This individual will oversee a team of approximately 15 employees, including two team leads, and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, service delivery, infrastructure reliability, cybersecurity initiatives, and team development.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of technology operations experience
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development
  • Experience leading enterprise IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams
  • Strong background in incident management and post-incident reviews
  • ITIL service management experience
  • Experience managing SLAs, operational metrics, vendor relationships, and service delivery performance
  • Strong communication skills with executive leadership and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a 15-person IT organization, including two team leads responsible for End User Support, Infrastructure, and Security functions
  • Drive accountability, employee development, succession planning, coaching, and performance management across the team
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including help desk, desktop support, workplace technology, hardware lifecycle management, and end-user services
  • Improve service delivery through SLA management, operational metrics, customer satisfaction initiatives, and self-service capabilities
  • Lead enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across networks, servers, endpoints, cloud environments, and enterprise systems
  • Oversee patch management, vulnerability remediation, access controls, incident response, system reliability, and overall security posture
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to communicate technology priorities, operational performance, risks, and roadmaps
  • Translate business objectives into technology strategies and operational improvement initiatives
  • Monitor uptime, SLA performance, incident trends, operational KPIs, and security metrics to drive informed decision-making
  • Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews while implementing preventative measures to reduce recurring issues
  • Manage vendors, service providers, contracts, and technology partnerships to ensure effective service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen security, and improve the overall employee technology experience
