About this role

About The Role

The role owns the day-to-day execution of digital demand generation for a growth-stage technology company, spanning paid acquisition, SEO, email, and social. This is a hands-on operator role: launching campaigns, tuning funnels, and turning performance data into decisions that move pipeline and signups.

The position reports into the demand-generation team and works directly with content, product marketing, and design. It matters because paid and organic channels are a primary growth lever — the work here directly shapes CAC, funnel conversion, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, managing budgets of $50K+/month
  • Own SEO and SEM strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO fixes, and landing page testing
  • Develop and ship A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and email flows to improve conversion rates
  • Run lifecycle email campaigns in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, automation workflows, and drip sequences
  • Manage organic social and paid social programs, including content calendar planning and community engagement
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in GA4 and Looker, reporting weekly on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ship integrated campaign assets on schedule

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4; Google Ads certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable building funnel models, running A/B tests, and interpreting multi-touch attribution
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: experience with SQL or a BI tool for self-serve analysis; familiarity with Webflow or WordPress; exposure to ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase)
