About this role

About The Role

The role owns full-funnel marketing for a fast-growing SaaS product: turning positioning into demand-generation programs that reliably produce qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager partners with sales, product, and design to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and content — owning strategy, execution, and reporting end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation: plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, webinars, and organic content tied to quarterly pipeline targets
  • Manage and optimize paid media spend across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, iterating on bidding, creative, and audience segmentation to improve CPL and MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Drive SEO strategy and execution — keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content collaboration — to grow qualified organic traffic
  • Build and maintain lifecycle and nurture programs in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, and campaign analytics
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, messaging, and creative; translate results into funnel improvements
  • Own marketing analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and Looker, and deliver monthly performance reporting to leadership with clear recommendations
  • Manage a portion of the marketing budget, vendor and agency relationships, and content calendar; coordinate cross-functional launches with sales and product marketing

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-7 years of B2B or B2C technology marketing experience with demonstrated pipeline, MQL, or revenue impact
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM data workflows (Salesforce preferred)
  • Working knowledge of paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEM best practices, including budget pacing and attribution
  • Strong SEO fundamentals — keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
  • Analytical and data-driven: comfortable with GA4, spreadsheet modeling, and presenting performance insights to leadership
  • Excellent writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills across concurrent campaigns; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Bonus: experience with product-led growth motions, PLG and ABM strategies, marketing attribution modeling, or design tools like Figma and Canva
