Job Description

Sift is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to communicate product value, support go-to-market strategy, and translate data and analytics capabilities into customer-focused solutions. This role works across product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to strengthen product positioning and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies
• Translate technical data and analytics features into clear customer benefits
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings
• Create product presentations, positioning materials, and sales resources
• Support product launches and customer engagement initiatives
• Track adoption metrics and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience in product management or product marketing
• Understanding of data analytics and software products
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences

Pay: $170,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
