Title: RN Emergency Room (ER) Location: Mt Clemens, MI 48043

PAY RANGE: $3,000.00 - $3,066.00/ Weekly

Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the emergency room (ER) to deliver timely, compassionate care in a fast-paced setting. You will assess patients, prioritize needs, coordinate treatment, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team. Emergency medicine, patient assessment, triage, and sound clinical judgment are central to this role.

Duties

• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, identify changes in condition, and support diagnostic evaluation.
• Triage patients, initiate emergency response procedures, and assist with airway management, acute pain management, and stabilization.
• Administer medications and IV infusions; perform IV insertion, venipuncture, catheter care, and other procedures within scope and policy.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, following privacy requirements under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Coordinate with physicians and other clinicians, explain care plans, and support safe transitions and infection control.

Skills

• Required: Current registered nurse licensure and basic life support (BLS) certification; ability to provide patient care and communicate effectively in urgent situations.
• Preferred: Emergency room or emergency medicine experience, acute care or hospital experience, critical care experience, trauma medicine, or Level I or Level II trauma center experience.
• Relevant skills include medication administration, suturing, aseptic technique, phlebotomy, and specimen collection and processing.
• Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other EHR/EMR systems, medical terminology, and medical records is beneficial.
• Additional experience in telemetry, intensive care, pediatrics, dialysis, or urgent care may be useful.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,066.00 per week
