Senior Mechanical Engineer - HVAC & Plumbing

Senior Mechanical Engineer responsible for leading mechanical building systems design for complex projects across healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, and government markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC and plumbing systems and produce coordinated mechanical designs.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and apply engineering best practices to achieve high-performance, sustainable outcomes.
• Utilize Revit and related tools to model and document coordinated building system layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEP, structural, technology, and energy to integrate solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
• Participate in client-facing coordination to support smooth delivery and alignment of design intent.
• Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals focused on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with Revit and related design/coordination tools.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary designs and contribute to sustainable, energy-conscious solutions.
• Leadership capability to guide junior staff and support collaborative project execution.
