Staff Business Application Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, operations, finance, and technology teams to align applications with business objectives.
• Define requirements, prioritize product/backlog items, and drive improvements using data and client feedback.
• Oversee application configuration, integrations, and end-to-end workflow enhancements.
• Improve data integrity and enable scalable, compliant solutions for small and midsize business clients.
• Lead change management by coordinating adoption and operational readiness for system updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong business and application ownership experience, with ability to translate needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Proficiency managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving process streamlining.
• Experience with HR/business systems, integrations, and maintaining accurate, trustworthy data.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize effectively and deliver continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of compliance considerations relevant to HR technology and client operations.
