Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Provide primary care in an internal medicine setting, including examining patients , evaluating diagnostic results , and developing treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and gather/update patient histories.
• Review labs, imaging, and other diagnostic information.
• Develop and coordinate treatment strategies with attending physicians.
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate therapies.
• Document patient encounters, findings, and care plans accurately and clearly.
• Work closely with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to support effective care.
• Required qualifications and skills: strong clinical judgment, effective communication, collaborative teamwork, and accurate medical documentation.
