Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy recommendations and support strategies.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
• Participate in discharge planning and transition support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Occupational Therapist licensure/credential.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Evidence-based therapy knowledge and commitment to best practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and resident-centered approach.
• Ability to educate caregivers and support safe, effective home and community functioning.
