IT Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Manager to manage acquisition integration, IT onboarding, and operational improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple acquisition and IT integration projects.
• Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans/templates.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT onboarding, device tracking, security assessments, and related activities.
• Support large-scale employee onboarding workflows.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, priorities, and ROI.
• Improve centralized ticketing and project-management processes.
• Support technology and AI-related roadmap initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong IT Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience; Scrum Master background preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.
• Experience handling multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• M&A/acquisition integration experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike, VSA, device management, or IT security is a plus.
