As our firm continues to evolve, we're looking for an Accounting Manager who is excited to lead people, strengthen client relationships, improve processes, and help build something meaningful.

What you'll do:

✅ Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals through coaching, delegation, and technical guidance.

✅ Oversee a portfolio of business clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely deliverables, and exceptional client service.

✅ Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them understand their financial performance and make informed decisions.

✅ Manage complex accounting engagements, including month-end close, financial statement review, cleanups, and implementations.

✅ Drive engagement profitability by managing budgets, scope, team capacity, and operational efficiency.

✅ Improve accounting workflows, embrace automation and technology, and help us continuously elevate the way we serve clients.

Who we're looking for:

⭐ Experience managing client engagements and mentoring accounting professionals.
