Marketing Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

MIT Federal Credit Union (MIT FCU) is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team based in Lexington, MA. This candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of MIT FCU and participate in a collaborative process to develop an array of print and online marketing, advertising, and brand materials.

This role is for an experienced hands-on designer who can provide leadership and instruction to an internal audience, vendors, and outside partners. This role will report directly into the Vice President of Marketing.

Job Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or advanced training in visual design and web technologies.
• Minimum of three years of graphic and web design experience.
• Expert knowledge of graphic design software, photography, and video production/editing required.
