Compensation

$160,000 to $240,000 base salary

Why this role

• Join a small, hands-on founding team of approximately 15 people.
• Shape the product practice alongside a small cohort of three new hires.
• Work directly with technical founders to define how product operates at the company.

What you will do

• Interview and shadow home health staff across intake, scheduling, billing, and documentation to identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Build fast prototypes using AI tools, demo them to agencies, and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to translate customer insights into clear problems and review shipped products.
• Convert one-off agency requests into scalable features for both new 0-to-1 products and core platform improvements.
• Own outcomes such as adoption, usage, NPS, and time saved for clinicians, reporting learnings to founders weekly.

What we are looking for

• 1+ years of product management experience, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience (full-stack, founding engineer, or forward deployed engineer) prior to product roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical degree.
• Strong B2B SaaS product sense and technical depth to reason from first principles.
• Comfort with customer discovery and spending significant time with users rather than relying solely on tickets.
• Low-ego, customer-first approach with a willingness to take on varied work.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco three days a week.
• Authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
