Outpatient Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (Licensed) Provide one-on-one, evidence-based outpatient care to diverse patient populations. Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Deliver treatment using therapeutic exercise , manual therapy , and appropriate modalities .

Key duties include

Evaluate patients and diagnose functional needs Implement and adjust individualized treatment plans Apply therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities Document patient progress and outcomes Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team Contribute to program development and quality improvement Qualifications & skills: Current Physical Therapist licensure Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
