Acute Care Physical Therapist

Role: Provide inpatient physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through evaluation and clinical examination.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and recovery.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and self-management strategies.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes according to clinical and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning.
