Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in hospital and other acute-care settings. Assess and manage patients with complex or acute conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. Support safe transitions between care settings and collaborate with clinical colleagues to help deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications:

Acute-care experience and appropriate advanced practice licensure and certification.
