Senior Technical Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will lead complex technical programs from planning through launch, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML initiatives and operational readiness. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and vendor stakeholders to drive execution, manage dependencies, and keep delivery on track.

The position also plays a key role in governance, technical standards, and transitions from external partners to internal teams to support successful production outcomes.

Location

Seattle, WA Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 annually Responsibilities Lead integrated program execution across AI product management and engineering teams Develop comprehensive program plans and delivery schedules for AI initiatives Establish governance processes and accountability standards for program delivery Coordinate technical readiness requirements for production and launch decisions Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with technical standards Oversee knowledge transfer and operational transitions from partners to internal teams Drive collaboration among engineering leaders and product managers to address delivery risks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of technical program management experience, particularly in AI/ML solutions Experience leading large-scale technical programs with accountability for product launches and operational readiness Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles and production release requirements Proven ability to manage external vendors and multi-vendor integration programs Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and updates Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones Benefits Comprehensive compensation and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Access to cutting-edge AI technology and resources Collaborative and innovative work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
