Job description
About this role
About The Role
The role owns demand generation and brand strategy for a fast-scaling technology company, translating product positioning into campaigns that consistently drive qualified pipeline and market awareness.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position sits at the intersection of growth and brand — running multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned media while building the measurement infrastructure to prove what's working.
Key Responsibilities
- Own demand-gen strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and webinar programs, with clear pipeline and MQL targets
- Build and manage the content engine: SEO-optimized articles, case studies, product pages, and sales enablement collateral
- Run paid campaigns end-to-end in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, owning budgets, bidding strategy, and creative testing
- Define and report on funnel KPIs (CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution) using GA4, HubSpot/Marketo, and BI dashboards
- Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate with product marketing, design, and sales on launch campaigns and seasonal pushes
- Own A/B testing programs across landing pages, ad creative, and email sequences to lift conversion rates quarter over quarter
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and holding partners accountable to performance metrics
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C tech, with documented revenue or pipeline impact
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) workflows
- Deep familiarity with SEO/SEM tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Ads, GA4) and attribution modeling
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills; able to ship crisp, on-brand content without heavy editing
- Track record of managing six-figure+ budgets and making data-driven channel allocation decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions, ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), or marketing operations/RevOps exposure
