Job description
About this role
About The Role
The role owns the marketing engine for a growing technology company: turning positioning into demand-generation programs that reliably fill the pipeline and building a brand that technical and business buyers trust.
This is a hands-on position with real ownership — planning multi-channel campaigns, managing budget, and reporting directly on contribution to revenue. The role matters because growth here is marketing-led, not just sales-led.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated demand-generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and organic content
- Own campaign analytics in GA4 and the marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Marketo); build dashboards and report on MQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Manage the editorial calendar and partner with writers and designers to ship SEO-optimized content, landing pages, and sales enablement assets
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to lift conversion rates
- Own SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO coordination with engineering
- Manage a six-figure program budget and agency/vendor relationships, reallocating spend based on performance
- Partner with sales leadership on lead scoring, nurture flows, and campaign-to-pipeline attribution
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience at a technology company, with documented impact on pipeline or revenue
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot plus GA4 and a BI or reporting tool
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM — comfortable managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads budgets directly
- Strong copywriting and editing skills; able to ship clear, specific marketing copy without heavy dependencies
- Fluency in funnel metrics (CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, LTV) and a data-driven approach to budget decisions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with product-led-growth motions, marketing attribution tools (e.g., HubSpot attribution, Dreamdata), or marketing operations in Salesforce
