Job description
About this role
About The Role
The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and revenue operations: translating business questions into analyses, dashboards, and process changes that leaders actually act on.
You will work closely with sales, finance, and product teams to instrument the revenue engine — modeling pipelines, auditing CRM data integrity, and surfacing insights from Salesforce, SQL, and BI tooling that shape forecasts and go-to-market decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI covering pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs
- Write and optimize SQL queries against warehouse data (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) to answer open business questions
- Partner with RevOps to administer and audit Salesforce: field hygiene, validation rules, automation workflows, and report types
- Analyze funnel performance across lead sourcing, sales stages, and account segments; deliver recommendations to GTM leadership
- Document business processes and requirements for new tooling and system implementations, serving as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Run forecast and quota-planning analyses, reconciling CRM data with finance models to flag discrepancies early
- Automate recurring reporting using SQL, Python, or spreadsheet modeling to eliminate manual work
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or a similar analytics-focused role
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and reporting; familiarity with sales processes and pipeline metrics
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet modeling skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, finance, or equivalent practical experience)
- Track record of owning analyses end-to-end, from framing the question to driving a decision
- Bonus: Python for analysis or automation, experience with dbt or ETL tooling, or exposure to forecasting and capacity-planning models
