SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
The Asia Finance G&O team supports the PlayStation business and SIE’s broader business operations through Finance Operations.
This position is responsible for Finance Operations across Asia, primarily covering Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. With a primary focus on P2P and O2C activities, you will work closely with relevant business functions and global teams to drive improvements in operational quality, efficiency, and governance.
Finance Operations is a critical area of Finance that directly impacts revenue, cash flow, tax compliance, financial risk, and accounting quality. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and governance, while also delivering effective operations that support the needs of the business.
The role offers a flexible working environment combining office-based and remote work, as well as opportunities to broaden your experience in a global environment through collaboration with colleagues across different regions. You will also have opportunities to expand your career over the long term through job rotations and other development opportunities within Finance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee P2P operations across Asia, supporting effective invoice and payment processes while maintaining appropriate accounting, compliance, and financial controls.
- Oversee O2C operations across Asia, supporting effective billing, accounts receivable, collection, and credit management processes to ensure timely and accurate execution and effective management of receivables and credit risk.
- Guide BPO-delivered O2C and P2P operations by providing process support, maintaining key process documentation, monitoring execution, and resolving operational or control issues.
- Drive improvements in operational quality and efficiency by enhancing and standardizing business processes, leveraging data, and exploring opportunities for automation. You will also collaborate with overseas offices and relevant functions to connect operational challenges and insights from Asia and other regions to broader global improvement initiatives.
- Take on a broad range of assignments based on your experience and capabilities, including opportunities to contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives involving collaboration with other regions.

- Effective English communication skills, with the ability to work across business teams, BPO partners, and regional/global stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, and work collaboratively to drive problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have:
