About this role

About the company and project

Marfields Group is developing St. Regis Residences Limassol, a luxury branded development in Cyprus valued at around €400 million. The project covers two buildings with approximately 250 residences and premium offices, and is at its earliest stage, before excavation.

Marfields Group is building an in-house design team to manage the extensive apartment customisations that St. Regis buyers expect, from finishes to FF&E.

The role

The Interior Designer creates and delivers interior schemes for the residences, including bespoke finishes and FF&E packages for individual buyers.

  • Level: middle to senior
  • Reports to: Head of Design, within the design team led by CDO Dario Berego
  • Buyer contact: occasional, mainly when presenting customisation options
  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus. A remote start is possible, with relocation to Limassol later. A freelance arrangement through the planned Italy office may be considered for EU-based candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts, material palettes and finishes in line with St. Regis brand standards.
  • Prepare FF&E specifications, schedules and supplier packages.
  • Design and document buyer customisation requests, and present options to buyers when required.
  • Produce detailed drawings, renders and mood boards.
  • Coordinate with the Architect, consultants and suppliers on samples, procurement and installation.
  • Support site teams during fit-out to ensure the design is delivered as intended.

Requirements

Essential

  • 4+ years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio of luxury residential or hospitality projects.
  • Hands-on experience with FF&E specification and finishes selection.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and 3D visualisation tools (e.g. 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino).
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Degree in interior design or architecture.

Desirable

  • Experience at a leading design studio on high-end residential or branded hospitality projects.
  • Experience working directly with private clients on bespoke interiors.
  • Revit skills.
  • Greek language.

What we offer

  • Contract: permanent Cyprus employment contract with social insurance and access to the National Health System (GeSY).
  • Relocation: flight tickets, help finding accommodation plus the first month's accommodation, and work visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
  • Company car with fuel.
  • Working hours: flexible start between 8 and 9 AM, finish between 5 and 6 PM, one-hour break.

Hiring process

  • Pre-screening interview with the recruitment partner, including a portfolio review.
  • Interview stages with the design team: to be confirmed by Marfields Group.
