Role We're looking for a Program Manager to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to some of Gantri's most important cross-functional initiatives. You'll own the coordination and execution of complex projects spanning external B2B partnerships, factory expansion, and new product development—ensuring teams stay aligned, milestones are met, and projects move forward without unnecessary friction.

Your primary focus will be Gantri Made, our manufacturing-as-a-service offering that brings partner products to life through Gantri's digital manufacturing capabilities. You'll take ownership of projects from signed contract through delivery, serving as the central point of coordination between external partners and internal teams.

Working closely with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, and company leadership, you'll manage project plans, align resources, resolve blockers, and ensure partners have the communication and visibility they need throughout execution. Beyond partner projects, you'll help drive major company-wide initiatives, including factory expansion and Wireless product development.

Across all of these efforts, you'll establish clear ownership, enforce disciplined project management processes, and create the visibility needed for anyone on the team to understand project status, upcoming milestones, and outstanding decisions.
