Job description

About this role

A confidential Dallas, Texas law firm is seeking a transactional real estate attorney to support a busy commercial real estate practice serving banks and other institutional clients.

  • Consistent exposure to lender-side and institutional-style deal work.
  • Level-flexible hire with openness to a range of experience, depending on fit and background.
  • Partner track may be available, but is discretionary.

THE ROLE

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related ancillary agreements.
  • Support real estate secured financing matters for lender and financial-institution clients, including preparing and negotiating loan documentation.
  • Handle title and survey review, due diligence, and closing coordination for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Assist with real estate development matters as needed, including transactional support through project lifecycle milestones.
  • Provide practical, business-oriented counsel to clients and internal teams across multiple concurrent transactions.
