Job Description: Senior FP&A Analyst

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team in the Orlando area. This individual will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis, helping to provide insights that support organizational decision-making and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning activities.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Assist with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis related to growth opportunities, operational improvements, and special projects.
• Prepare management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial review processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial planning tools, systems, and reporting capabilities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights regarding key business drivers.
• Support organizational initiatives, including integrations, business transformations, and other strategic projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
• Experience supporting strategic projects, business integrations, or growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with advanced financial modeling and data visualization techniques.
• Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth, or private-equity-backed environment is a plus.

Workstyle

• Hybrid work environment with regular in-office collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working cross-functionally and balancing both recurring reporting responsibilities and project-based work.
