  • Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and leadership teams to turn data into decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong SQL skills and experience using SQL regularly for analysis.
  • Experience acquiring and scraping data from new sources beyond standard APIs.
  • Strong statistical knowledge, including experimental design, A/B testing, and causal analysis.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models that are used in production and monitoring their performance over time.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using LLMs and agentic coding tools in data workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into business recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Experience creating reliable dashboards and visualizations using standard data visualization libraries or Tableau.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
  • A persistent, ambitious, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
