AI/ML Engineer

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Languages: Python, SQL (Java/JavaScript preferred) AI/ML: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering Cloud DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git, CI/CD, Terraform Data Technologies: Oracle, Spark, Redis Vector DB, MongoDB Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI engineer with strong software development skills who can take AI/ML solutions from concept to production while ensuring scalability, governance, and business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and production ML deployments.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data processing, and software development best practices. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), Prompt Engineering, and RAG. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and MLOps platforms. Experience with vector databases, large-scale data processing, and regulated industries such as financial services. Design, build, and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI, and model risk management standards. Mentor team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices.
