You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to build high-impact digital products, predictive models, and real-time retrieval architectures. Job Responsibilities Architect, build, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered and agentic applications, incorporating robust tracing, evaluations, guardrails, and memory design.

Develop, validate, monitor, and retrain predictive or optimization models in production environments to ensure sustained model health and accuracy. Design and implement practical RAG solutions (retrieval quality, embeddings, vector stores, and knowledge graphs). Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines using platforms such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, MLflow, and Kubernetes (AWS EKS).

Manage structured and unstructured data, real-time processing pipelines, and databases using SQL (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL stores (e.g., OpenSearch, Redis). Partner effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders to communicate complex machine learning concepts and deliver business value. Support model risk management and regulatory reviews as required by client or domain specifications.
