Are you passionate about driving quality through automation and building robust testing solutions that ensure the reliability of enterprise applications? We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Lead to lead test automation initiatives, develop scalable automation frameworks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software through comprehensive API and functional testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test automation efforts across enterprise applications and services.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Create, execute, and manage automated test cases for REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and QA engineers to define test strategies and quality standards.
• Validate API functionality, performance, and reliability using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
• Review requirements and technical specifications to identify test scenarios and automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot defects, analyze test results, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and rapid releases.
• Monitor test execution, reporting, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide automation engineers on best practices, framework development, and testing methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to software quality standards, testing processes, and automation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Deep expertise in Playwright and Karate frameworks for automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in API testing, including REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with automation framework design, development, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, REST Assured, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating automated testing solutions into CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
