Role Overview
An experienced Business Intelligence professional is needed to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, data integration, and analytics platforms. The role focuses on delivering accurate business insights, maintaining reporting solutions, supporting BI systems, and collaborating with teams to improve data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business reports, queries, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Create and modify SAP BusinessObjects reports and universes.
- Support Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, data loads, and SAP Data Services jobs.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support data warehouse structures, reporting datasets, and enterprise application reporting.
- Provide first-level support for BI platforms, user access, and reporting issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, testing, and platform improvements.
- Document data flows, reporting logic, procedures, and technical standards.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and improve reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
- At least 5 years of IT experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
- Experience with SQL querying, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Services, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Salesforce reporting, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent technical documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of IT project management principles and enterprise reporting environments.
