IT Project Manager – Salesforce & Child Support Systems

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Indiana — Current state residency required

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large, complex IT projects supporting Child Support systems. Responsibilities include managing project plans, schedules, resources, risks, change control, stakeholder communications, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with PMO governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years managing large, complex, multi-year projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce technology and Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile methodologies, IT governance, cost management, and risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification; state government experience; and knowledge of Title IV-D and Child Support Enforcement.
