Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, and implement large-scale web applications and full-stack components across front-end GUI and backend.
• Build and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and Ruby as core technologies.
• Design and develop APIs and interface technologies, including JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, and XML.
• Develop front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Design, develop, and optimize databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related database technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across applications.
• Collaborate with business partners, database, system and networking teams, and external vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
• Integrate GenAI into software development workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of senior software engineering experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Ruby.
• 6+ years of experience in API design and interface technologies, including JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, and XML.
• 6+ years of front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, along with database design and queries using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of integrating GenAI into development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec and MiniTest, CI tools such as CircleCI and Jenkins, and DevOps and AWS infrastructure.
• Expert knowledge of GoLang, Core Java, or similar compiled, high-concurrency, lower-level languages such as Erlang, C++, or Rust.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
