Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Technical Lead / DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Argo CD, New Relic, Python, and Bash.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience building and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, GitOps, observability, automation, and production operations. Candidates should be comfortable independently troubleshooting production issues and working closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments using Argo CD and GitOps practices.
• Deploy and operate production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Implement observability with New Relic, including dashboards, alerts, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, security, and deployment efficiency.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Work with Kubernetes components including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, and RBAC.
• Apply DevSecOps practices and security controls.
• Use AI-assisted development/coding tools for scripting, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code reviews, with appropriate testing, security validation, and human review.

Preferred Skills:

• Terraform
• AWS certification
• CKA / CKAD certification
• Experience with AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools
• Experience in the US Real Estate domain, including property platforms, MLS, mortgage, title, valuation, or related systems
