Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices and enterprise-grade backend systems.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 11/17+), OOP, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
• Expertise in system design, scalability, fault tolerance, JVM tuning, and memory optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis).
• Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
• Working knowledge of React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud IAM services such as AWS IAM or Azure AD/Entra ID.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Java microservices.
• Lead technical design discussions and establish architecture standards.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot production issues.
• Optimize database queries and ensure application scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
