Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Supply Chain to support a leading manufacturing client in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with end-to-end Supply Chain processes and hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.

The candidate should be able to work closely with business stakeholders, understand complex supply chain operations, gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and process documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Support business processes across:

+ Order Management

+ Distribution

+ Logistics

+ Procurement / Purchasing

+ Inventory Management

+ Shipping Execution

• Analyze planning, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support multinational business operations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with a strong focus on Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of commercial Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience supporting multinational business operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning, logistics, and manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.
• Strong experience with:

+ Oracle Fusion Shipping Execution

+ Oracle Fusion Inventory

+ Oracle Fusion Purchasing

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
