Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the banking and financial services domain. The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and support enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement discussions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvements.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams.
• Support UAT activities and business validation.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of SQL and data analysis is preferred.
