Operations Manager

We're looking for an analytical and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the execution and operational performance of our HOA and Commercial Roofing division. Responsibilities

Lead Operational Performance

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our HOA and Commercial Roofing division.
• Ensure projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and according to company standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve performance and scalability.

Build and Improve Systems

• Develop, refine, and standardize processes across departments.
• Create accountability measures that drive consistency and quality.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer outcomes.
• Implement operational best practices that support long-term growth.

Manage Projects and Resources

• Coordinate production schedules, manpower allocation, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project performance, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address challenges and maintain project momentum.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams

• Partner closely with Sales, Estimating, Production, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership.
• Provide clear direction and expectations to project management and operational staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve overall organizational performance.

Drive Client Satisfaction

• Ensure HOA boards, property managers, and commercial clients receive exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively address concerns and deliver solutions that strengthen long-term relationships.
• Maintain a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in operations management, project management, construction management, roofing, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction or roofing operations preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, teams, schedules, and budgets simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to improve systems, processes, and operational performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to build accountability while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
