JOB TITLE: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics New Grads Accepted!!

Position Summary

We are hiring two Physical Therapists to join our private outpatient orthopedic clinic in Columbia, SC. This role focuses on high-quality, 1-on-1 adult care with an established caseload averaging ~12 patients per day. We offer mentorship for new graduates, clinical autonomy, and flexible scheduling with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide 1-on-1 direct patient care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab.
• Perform dry needling treatments (if certified/trained).
• Track patient progress, adjust care plans, and educate patients on home exercise programs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active South Carolina Physical Therapy License (or license-eligible).
• Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (clinical rotations accepted for new grads).
• Preferred Skills: Manual therapy, dry needling certification, and adult musculoskeletal rehab experience.
