Job Overview

We are seeking a

Physical Therapist (PT/DPT)

to join an established outpatient orthopedic practice in Baltimore, MD. The role provides one-on-one patient care with a focus on orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients through physician referral or direct access
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual therapy
• Treat orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
• Provide approximately 40 minutes of one-on-one patient care
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Mentor physical therapy students and support clinical training

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in Physical Therapy required
• Graduate of an accredited APTA-recognized physical therapy program
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy License required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient clinical affiliation or experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-management skills
• Basic computer literacy required
