Job Summary

Looking for a highly experienced

Lead QA Engineer / SDET

to lead QA strategy, automation, and quality initiatives across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities, including test strategy, automation, and production defect triage.
• Design and maintain UI/API automation frameworks.
• Develop automated tests using

Selenium, Playwright, WebdriverIO, Rest Assured, Java, JavaScript, and Python

.

• Perform API and performance testing using

Postman, SoapUI, Swagger, and JMeter

.

• Integrate automation with

CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub

.

• Mentor and lead QA/SDET teams.
• Leverage

AI/agentic tools such as Claude, MCP Servers, and GitHub Copilot

for QA automation.

• Collaborate with development and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of QA/Test Automation experience.
• Strong experience in

UI & API automation

.

• Strong knowledge of

Java, JavaScript/Python, SQL, Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured

.

• Experience with

CI/CD and automation frameworks

.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fintech, Telecom, Retail, Supply Chain, or POS domain experience is a plus.
