Job description

About this role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in Go to Market (GTM) program operations to support a strategic enterprise partner pilot program within a leading technology organization.

This role focuses on the operational execution of product marketing initiatives, including program tracking, reporting, partner coordination, documentation, and cross functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 4 to 6 years of experience supporting product marketing, GTM operations, or program management teams within a technology or enterprise software environment. Success requires exceptional organization, strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

This is an execution focused position supporting established product marketing strategies rather than owning product positioning or strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Program Management & Operational Execution

  • Own and maintain multiple program execution and partner pilot trackers, ensuring accurate milestones, deliverables, ownership, and status updates.
  • Coordinate inputs across 10 or more contributors, proactively following up on outstanding deliverables and identifying potential delays.
  • Maintain consistent program tracking processes and ensure documentation remains accurate and current.
  • Monitor open issues, coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders, and escalate blockers as needed.

Reporting & Program Communications

  • Develop and distribute recurring biweekly program status reports by consolidating information from multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Translate program updates, milestones, risks, and outstanding action items into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Maintain consistent reporting formats and deliver accurate updates within established deadlines.
  • Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and follow up documentation.

Partner Coordination & Meeting Logistics

  • Coordinate partner working sessions, workshops, and multiday program immersions.
  • Manage scheduling across multiple time zones, meeting agendas, presentation materials, and session logistics.
  • Capture meeting notes, document decisions, and prepare timely post meeting summaries.
  • Ensure stakeholders have the information and materials needed for successful program execution.

Documentation & Marketing Asset

Support

  • Create and maintain professional presentations, spreadsheets, program documentation, and enablement materials using established outlines.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting, and version control across program assets.
  • Organize documentation and maintain structured internal repositories.
  • Support preparation of partner facing materials through established internal review and approval processes.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal, and partner facing teams to coordinate deliverables.
  • Proactively gather updates, resolve operational questions, and maintain accountability across workstreams.
  • Identify execution risks and communicate potential solutions to program leadership.
  • Support consistent operational processes across multiple partner initiatives.

Required Qualifications

---------------------------

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in product marketing operations, GTM operations, program management, or a closely related function.
  • Experience supporting technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex project trackers, milestones, timelines, and multiple contributors.
  • Strong experience consolidating information from multiple sources into recurring program status reports.
  • Experience coordinating cross functional meetings, workshops, or partner sessions across time zones.
  • Proficiency creating professional presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and program documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to independently draft concise and accurate program updates.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and coordinate stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Preferred Qualifications

----------------------------

  • Experience supporting enterprise partner programs, pilot initiatives, product launches, or partner onboarding.
  • Familiarity with business messaging platforms, communications technology, CPaaS, or conversational AI solutions.
  • Previous experience supporting Product Marketing or GTM operations within a large technology organization.
  • Advanced spreadsheet capabilities, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and automated reporting.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools to assist with summarization, documentation, reporting, or data cleanup.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking, program governance, and operational reporting processes.
