IT Product Manager - Invoice to Cash

Insight Global is seeking an IT Digital Product Manager, Invoice to Cash to own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery of technology supporting billing, invoicing, Accounts Receivable, cash management, and related Invoice-to-Cash capabilities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the back half of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and is passionate about using technology to improve business processes.

You will partner closely with Finance, process owners, business stakeholders, engineering, and technology teams to determine what problems should be solved, which features should be prioritized, and how those solutions should be delivered. This is not solely a governance or oversight role.

The Product Manager will be approximately 50% hands-on with product work and 50% focused on leadership, prioritization, and delivery oversight. You will directly lead two Product Owners who manage more tactical, day-to-day product activities.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategic vision and product roadmap for Invoice-to-Cash technology and capabilities.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable, billing, finance, and process stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve systems and business processes.
• Define which initiatives and features should be worked on, in what order, and why.
• Lead feature prioritization, refinement, requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria based on business value, customer needs, risk, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex business problems into technology solutions in partnership with engineering and business teams.
• Evaluate potential solutions including existing enterprise applications, reporting and analytics, automation, AI and agent-based capabilities, and new technology.
• Lead two Product Owners responsible for tactical product activities, user stories, requirements, and delivery coordination.
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders who may not directly report to you.
• Identify delivery, operational, financial, and technology risks and drive appropriate mitigation.
• Partner across Finance, technology, testing, data, deployment, and process teams on end-to-end product delivery.
• Support major enterprise initiatives and global implementations, including expansion of business capabilities into new markets.
• Continuously evaluate how emerging technologies, including AI, can improve workflows and user experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across product management, program/project management, enterprise applications, technology transformation, or similar disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience owning or influencing product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience working with or supporting Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, cash management, or the downstream/back half of Order-to-Cash.
• Experience delivering or improving enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of how technology supports Finance and business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into features and technology solutions.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to influence teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or enterprise finance platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable technologies.
• Experience with ERP implementations, business transformations, or major process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading Product Owners or other technology/product professionals.
• Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, industrial, distribution, or another complex enterprise environment.
• Consulting experience supporting large enterprise technology transformations.
• Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exposure to rebate management.
• Interest or experience applying AI, automation, or intelligent agents to Finance processes and workflows.
