Shift is a 3x12 night schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). You’ll work in a hospital setting on a Progressive Care Unit, with orientation planned for 11/11/26.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity PCU patients in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor vital signs, interpret assessments, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies and critical drips, including insulin drips; support respiratory care as needed (BiPAP, etc.)
• Care for a diverse patient population including post-catheterization, post-MI, post-stent placement, post-TAVR, Watchman procedures, and stable post-open-heart patients; manage lines and transvenous pacemakers as applicable
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and respiratory therapists; assist with admissions, transfers, downgrades, and discharge planning
• Document accurately, ensure patient safety, and adapt care plans to changing patient status and turnover

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact RN license
• BSN required
• BLS/CPR and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Orientation on 11/11/26 required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity PCU environment; weekend coverage as defined (every third weekend); holiday coverage based on unit needs
