Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatient pre-admission testing, pre-op, and Phase 2 post-op patients according to the nursing process
• Collect relevant data, assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; document findings
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition per policy
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; supervise assigned nursing staff as appropriate; coordinate care with other disciplines
• Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families; promote a safe and healing environment
• Maintain accurate records, uphold infection control standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (California required)
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field
• BSN preferred
• Ability to work in outpatient settings including pre-admission testing, pre-op, and Phase 2 post-op care
• Willingness to meet agency credentialing and onboarding requirements
