Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a LTC setting, including ongoing assessments and timely documentation
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse effects
• Perform clinical tasks appropriate for an RN in geriatric care (e.g., wound care, catheter care, IV therapy where permitted) and participate in daily care planning
• Develop and revise individual care plans; participate in interdisciplinary rounds; communicate changes to residents, families, and the care team
• Ensure resident safety and comfort, respond to calls and emergencies, support mobility and fall prevention, and uphold infection control standards
• Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to practice in NH)
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
• Ability to work night shift (19:00–07:00) and adapt to assignment schedule
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Capable of providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced LTC setting
