Occupational Therapist – SNF in Salinas, California. Travel assignment starting December 7, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,538–$2,594 per week with guaranteed hours of 35 per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to determine residents’ functional status and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to improve or restore daily living skills and mobility.
• Provide direct therapy sessions, selecting appropriate modalities and adaptive equipment as needed.
• Reassess resident progress regularly and adjust goals and interventions accordingly.
• Document assessments, goals, progress notes, and outcomes in maintained records; communicate results to the care team.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and transition of services.

Requirements

• Active engagement in occupational therapy practice with ability to obtain or hold licensure in California.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule and meet guaranteed hours in a travel assignment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and adhere to regulatory requirements.
